Now i see that, i emailed Daniel lets see what he says
His reply,
“You’re right it looks like that is correct so Access Fund won’t work. It is probably because it only required a $50 membership so it cost Jeep more than it helped them. You’ll have to join Tread Lightly it looks like to have a valid Control # that will work“
Placed my order today… Please please please get here by May.
So basically the whole idea behind this thread is to lease this vehicle than sell it back for more than the residual after some random period of time
No, for people flipping it, it is to lease the vehicle and then sell it to someone for more than the buyout plus any upfront expenses. Others are just looking to minimize their costs on a vehicle for a few years. Some are doing some combination.
Depends on the person. My next one will stay with us probably for the duration. If it is worth more in the end, great. If not, we leased a $61k wrangler for ~$400/mo. Fine by me.
Glad i possibly saved you and others a headache when picking up.
Ordering to keep.
Let me know if you find a discount on obtaining the 100 membership through tread.
I have clearly misunderstood the assignment since I am just holding mine and I just had it ceramic coated.
Agreed. I spec’d my Rubicon for me and I intend to keep it.
OK, maybe not completely minimize expenses…
I’ve got the coating for mine already… just waiting for the jeep to apply it to.
Lol… “parts” before the vehicle, wouldn’t be the first time. Ceramic is actually quite easy to apply (unknown to most). Getting the paint to where it should be (prior to the application) is where the expertise comes into play.
Savings are spent on shelters, beds, fridges, tables, lifts, tires, covers, and chotchkies too numerous to fathom.
Honestly this is all you need and your Jeep will glisten …

THE TREAD LIGHTLY DEAL IS BACK BOYS!!!
New code: TLmember22
Original post for reference thanks @Bostoncarconcierge
Yeah boiiiii!

Yup that works for my friend ty! When i signed up there was no 22 after tlmember. Hmmm. Oh well haha!
The spray coatings don’t last nearly as long, but thats OK. I’ve got a thing of optimum gloss coat to put on the carnival and the jeep when it arrives.
Although it may take 2 or 3 weeks to get the welcome letter(where the company code is enclosed) from Tread Lightly, you should be able to get the code from https://www.fcausaffiliates.com/content/dam/affiliate-rewards/pdf/FCA-AR-CompaniesList.pdf and use it to create a profile on the FCA website. Then you will get the control number right away.
