HOW TO GET A GOOD WRANGLER 4XE Deal; Buckle up for a LONG read! (Part 1)

,

I flew from Cleveland this morning and rode back the 500 miles.

Im in cleveland too and ordered two jeeps. Was the drive worth it? I see southwest has nonstop early flights to nashville. Debating on shipping or driving back. Southwest points so free flights. Did they pick you up from airport or?

Did you guys get it from gupton? I’m in Ohio too, trying to work something out with him.

Yes from gupton

Worth it? Tough question. Uber was $40. If I were to do it again, I’d do some touristy things, or find a trail to try the Jeep out. Then stay in Cincinnati. It’s a long day flying and driving. Total cost, including points flights - approx $325.

How do USBANK/ALLY numbers look this month compared to Chrysler?

Thanks

We should catalogue the buy outs for the historical record.

MSRP
CCAP Buyout Amount
3rd party Offer Accepted
New Retail Price

Ally is worse
US Bank is about the same if within MRM (with a very high residual)

US Bank is less than Chysler if you do 7500 miles or 42 month and if you are within MRM.

MSRP: $51,375 (pre-bump)
BUYOUT- $39,963
OFFER- $49,000
PRICE- $51,899

Does USBank/Ally currently do 3rd party buyouts? Any datapoints on 3rd party buyouts being the same as lessee buyout?

They just raised Sahara base Msrp by $1,320. :grinning: :exploding_head:

If you are going to sell the lease there is zero reason to use US Bank/Ally.

Both of them have much higher residuals than Chrysler

Thinking about flipping one and then flow proceeds into another one. Got it makes sense thanks

A suggestion for the first post:

Here’s a link to check the status of your order: FCA Jeep. Click the chat button and have your VON ready.

Seriously? That’s crazy.

Since people aren’t even hiding the fact they are flipping them, no remorse that the Federal rebate doesn’t permit resale??

Why would that apply here? The captive finance company is assuming the rebate and passing it along to the lessee in the form of cap cost reduction.
