HOW TO GET A GOOD WRANGLER 4XE Deal; Buckle up for a LONG read! (Part 1)

,

Idk why everyone is busting this guys balls about “you agreed to the terms, why are you bitching now”. He had no leverage I’m assuming and dealer wouldn’t budge on marked up MF, so yes he agreed. The dealers greed now put them over the allotted amount and buyer now has the leverage so why not stick it to them?? They’re gonna screw the next 10 guys who walk through that door what’s wrong with him wanting a fair MF?? He’s not asking for much…

I hope every dealer I work with is greedy enough to call me after I sign a contract and ask me to resign it at $20 less per month.

Sounds like he was forced to call him

So they were greedy by calling someone that they had to call?

Obviously we aren’t going to get anywhere in this discussion. Personally, I think the argument that a dealer calling and saying “hey we need you to sign this for less money” is greedy is asinine. It’s neutral at works and generous at best. Neutral makes vastly more sense.

Now, there are those that feel that any dealer charging a mf mark up makes them inherently greedy. I think that’s crazy too. It’s a holistic offering… hell, there’s plenty of reason to want a marked up mf, especially if we are talking about a flip. It’s just business.

I’m all for asking the question here as to what the max mf markup is for understanding the chain of events that have lead up to needing to resign though. I always like to know the why behind deal details.

Some of you are acting like they’re “not greedy” for calling and offering $20 less per month as if they did it out of the kindness of their heart lol. They did it because they were forced to.

Why does everyone in here have their panties in a twist??? Strangers on the internet, I swear. Go drive your Jeep and bugger off. You’re ruining my simp post.

Lol idk there’s a lot of “pro dealership” folks acting like car dealerships aren’t greedy. Coulda fooled me.

ya they’re totally dumb and so are you. No winners in this lot.

Guess who couldn’t convince their girlfriend last minute to proceed with @AutoCompanion ‘s group buy and has FOMO :sob:

I hope you all enjoy your Jeep’s! Excited to see signings, any updates on ship times?

There plenty that are. This just isn’t an example of that in action.

I’d be less argumentative if I wasn’t late to the party and had my wrangler :(. Waiting on 22 delivery.

Godspeed my dude. That wait sent my blood pressure through the roof.

I’m not sure if waiting on multiples makes it better or worse.

I could make a killing pedaling blood pressure meds to the users on this forum :joy:

I was thinking edibles, but bp meds work too!

So if they were flipping they’re screwed? Other than paying the full sales tax and buying themselves before selling?

Regret nothing

Not even just flipping. He’s stuck for the whole lease. I believe USBank bas a higher RV and lower MF rather than a $7500 incentive. So his buyout will always be far higher.
