Only time will tell but with the data tools im using this is what i see.
And just wait for there to be almost no Wranglers getting delivered for 2-3 months with MY change over…
I would take that in a heartbeat. I just did my gecko and got back auto nation offer. They offered 59,000 on gecko w/skytop 68k sticker with 1,800 miles. No other gecko w/ skytop in country used for sale that i saw either.
And i thought the same thing too but they are coming from somewhere. Cars.com has more than i have seen in the last several months. Everyday keeps getting higher.
Still only 273 used and around 1350 new units. I bet this shrinks going through December.
What is even crazier is only 3 HA, 499 Rubicon and 1,063 Sahara. I think they have some HA miss marked and are included in the Sahara.
Was like 800 new 200 used for the longest time but yeah we shall see. I hope prices go to the moon!
Just my two cents. I think the best flip is always going to be whatever trim level suits you best with the least options. Trims have a base price, and the add for options is never going to match what you spend on them. Maybe private party buyers care, but wholesale buyers that have been mentioned throughout this thread do not. For example, I have seen auctions mentioning +$500 for a $1500 hardtop or +$1800 for a $4k Sky One Touch. I have been trying to find a keeper this year and part of that is trying out different specs, but I still feel that a no option build is going to win in resale, if that is your sole purpose.
This is what I’ve been toying with all week. I just plan to drive one for the summer then flip next winter (pending used prices stay up).
My fear with a base model is if used prices drop I’m stuck with one not equipped how I want it.
All depends on the fed rebate!!
This is why i ordered equipped how I want. May not be the highest flip roi, but I get to enjoy it more.
I’m doing the same
That is not a pure flip scenario, so my comments don’t apply. Enjoy!
My biggest worry is losing that for my 2022 order! Fingers crossed.
I’m interested in this too. How long does it take for CCAP to generate an account number for me after dealer submits lease docs to CCAP?
Depends on your dealer, you should be able to sell after 3 weeks in most cases
Our tracker has been updated with a number of VINs. Awaiting out network dealer for additional VINs.
I am just shocked theres 42 of these within 11 miles of me on the lots, from the conversations I have had sounds like they just aren’t moving here in the southwest as well. Doesn’t sound like many if any are spoken for…
4xe in the wild leaving LA, great advertising @Clutch
How much are dealers allowed to mark up the money factor for Chrysler capital? Just received a call from my dealer stating they could save me ~$20/month if return to do new paperwork (sign again). Salesman claims there were some changes on the day that I had sign, possibly due to Black Friday.
I’m skeptical as to why they would pass this savings into a deal that was already completed. The only thing I can come up with…is that they aren’t allowed to mark the money factor up as much as they did, so now they are back tracking.
Ccap just dropped the mf. May be a case that they wrote the deal with the old one and it hadn’t processed yet so they need to rewrite it with the now current mf.
