The GMTV rep I was just negotiating up to a good price with just told me they don’t do 3rd party buyouts. Rather unfortunate. Told him I was speaking to a few folks and they mentioned GMTV buying out leases and he said they don’t. Must have not gotten the right rep…. Oh well.
Update - ordered 6/23,
Jeep chat says it’s completed inspection and is being prepared for shipping (no eta yet).
Dealer says it was prepped for shipping on 8/21 and they are awaiting additional info (no eta yet).
Crazy that people who ordered in august are on pace with people who ordered in June 
Happy for you guys, but wow Jeep mfg sucks.
Edit: it’s been so long that yesterday I had to go check my build sheet because I wasn’t sure which color I ended up going with - turns out I didn’t get sarge green like I thought I did? 
i have two orders going right now. both ordered on 7/28. one is a 4xe HA that is still in D status and no estimated production date. the other is a 4xe sahara that is in JB status and estimated delivery to the dealer about 4 weeks from now.

@francoz the cryptostickers email with the window sticker notification is what tipped me off that my jeep was ready for shipping (and that it was Granite not Sarge Green lol)

Very similar arrangement on my end. Several orders were placed within a one week period in June and the Sahara is sitting in my driveway, the high altitudes are sitting in D

My turn, big thanks to @Bostoncarconcierge for this one. I got an in transit dealer order (only had to wait 2 weeks) since I was looking to sell my Grand Cherokee sooner rather than later for the insane quotes I was getting on it.
