Yep, MF=((RC/(ACC+RV))/39 is 0.00155, almost like near full MSD were accidentally taken off 0.0019
If deal is actually rejected by BMWFS, will dealer be obligated to even take the vehicle back or make me sign a new contract with the correct MF

No. It’s 0.0019 for a 2023 and 0.0019 for a 2024.
