How to change lease mileage term from 10K/yr to 15K/Yr?

I am 3 mo. into my BMW lease and need more than the original 10K/yr that originally had. I know i can buy miles but was wondering if there is a way to change the term to 15K/yr which is much cheaper.

No you cannot change it but it usually isn’t .25 cents a mile, its discounted during the lease with bmw

You can’t change the terms of your lease. The ONLY way to do this is to buy more miles.

For a GM lease, is there an option to pre buy extra miles while signing the lease? GM generally charges 25 cents per miles for extra miles driven but wanted to aak if there is an option to buy more miles at cheaper price at the time of signing the lease.

What do you pre buy? If you haven’t signed the paperwork yet, you can just tell them to give you the terms for 12k or 15k.

I am doing a 15k miles/yr lease, and want to buy additional miles on top of that. Want to know if any option from GM financial to pre buy extra miles at a cheaper rate than 25 cents.

Some car companies let you do high mileage leases (eg. 18K, 20K, 25K, etc.) Not sure if GM does these but you can ask your dealer.
