Hello newbie here,
I was searching Edmunds and found a deal that made me jump on the phone with the dealer!.
24 Toyota BZ4X XLE AWD:
20k TFS lease cash (dealer verified).
Then the residual on a 24/10 is 62% ( 39 and 37 for 12k and 15k)
This would make the vehicle with only 20k discount be mathematically free!
The dealership when asked wouldn’t give me any pricing for a 24 month lease for a 2024 or 2025.
So my questions:
Is the Edmunds lease calculator accurate?
Does Toyota really not do a 24 month lease?

You’re paying rent charge plus tax even when depreciation is zero or a nominal amount.
Post a link to your LH calculator.
The RV doesn’t look right - I am seeing 39% for a 2024 for 24/10. Validate the numbers in Edmunds forums or signup for LH’s RateFinder.
FYI - I just tried Edmund’s calculator something is really off with the numbers. 24/12k shows 39% RV but 24/10k shows 62%. Typically its only a 1% bump to go from 12k to 10k.
Honestly not sure how to do the taxes or incentives taxes vs nontaxed but this is what I am seeing. ( without negotiation on price and $500 hospital worker discount)

99% guaranteed that 24/10 RV isn’t valid.
Even if the dealer doesn’t catch it, the bank will kick it back.
