How much of a discount should I be getting? Listed as 8.4% off MSRP. I’m thinking 5600 miles should net a better discount, I’d love to hear what you guys think.

8.4%? That’s terrible, ask for 20% since it’s a CX9
Or just lease a Passport or a Pilot.

I got more than 8.4% on a new cx-9 when I got it… And in retrospect, that wasn’t nearly enough to make driving that piece of crap worth it.
The best thing that can happen here is for you to ask for 20% and the dealer to say no, saving you the trouble of getting a cx-9.

What’s wrong with the CX9? I was thinking of buying it in January
For me, I had a ton of issues with the car after the warranty expired.
Mazda demonstrated that they can make it look like a Lexus, but it’s still a Mazda 3 inside.

I’m going to be leasing 3 years so the warranty should apply for me. As long as I have a loaner I don’t really mind letting them work on it. I thought it drives nice and looks nice compared to their 3 row suvs.
I leased a CX-9 Prem a year ago, so far enjoyed it very much…can’t say anything about comparing it to a Lexus or MDX comparison but driving is fun, looks nice and no issues with the car…
