I am new to this site and just wondering how all the different loyalty programs work. I just sold a 2015 Porsche 4 weeks ago who which I bought CPO in 2017. Am I considered loyal to VW, Audi and Porsche ? Or ? I also own a 2015Cadillac. Am I loyal to GM?
What about my 2006 Tundra I own. Any programs or too old?

Each manufacturer has its own loyalty requirements, and not all manufacturers offer a loyalty program. Best to look up the incentive on the brand’s website and read the fine print.
For example, I Googled “Audi loyalty program” and found this for the Q7 in Southern California (programs may be regional):
