Sorry for the seemingly simple question, but how do I get the dealer invoice price for a 2024 Mustang Mach-E GT?
Tell the dealer you have Xplan and you want a copy of the invoice. Easy peasy. Invoice should be $100 more than MSRP on the Mach E
I recently tried to find a public source for invoice pricing on a BMW to help a friend who was shopping for an X5. This used to be relatively easy to find at places like Edmunds, but I wasn’t able to find anything useful online.
Normally I don’t waste my time, since the info is in most cases virtually (or completely) worthless, however I was trying to compare a couple of pre-incentive offers, one of which was expressed as a percentage off MSRP and the other as Invoice minus $X.
If you state your intended purpose for the info, you should get some feedback on whether the info is useful, and if it isn’t, guidance on a more fruitful direction.
Thanks for both of your responses! I have found the vehicle that I want to purchase/lease, and I want to have some strategy going in.
I should have worded this more carefully.
Unless you qualify and are trying to leverage one of Ford’s “letter plans” (A, X, etc) that use invoice as part of the pricing formula, there isn’t much use for the info you’re seeking.
You want to understand what the general retail market is doing for your target vehicle, and construct an offer that way.
