@nyclife . Does a trade-in normally help or hurt? There was a trade-in 2014 Camry LE around 28k on it with $11600 pay-off that the dealer agreed to clear. Just another factor

if it was a wash then no and you checked the value on kbb

yeah. KBB Instant Cash offer was $10,6xx and used car value estimate for very good condition range estimated 11,200 - 11,800

What was the payoff?

My 10day payoff qouted.$11684

So they gave you what it was worth, 11,200 - 11,800. So its a wash, shouldn’t change the amount in the deal

@nyclife you were right… I made an error in the MSRP I mentioned… it’s really 28940 instead of 27990… was there still some more scope to negotiate… contract attached…

That was the MSRP I was basing it off of too. A base ilx is the same price all around.

In July I leased 2017 ILX Premium, MSRP 31k. 36/15 miles. Total zero drive off. $283 per month.

@Pavlon that’s a great tax inclusive deal you scored! Which state?

Washington. But I had a very similar quote from CA - Bay Area

Good job. Saw your other post on how you negotiated so much. Well done.

Which dealer in WA if you don’t mind? I’m getting 3500 down 315 per month for tech Package with A-spec. Msp around 35k

Acura of Seattle. Go to cargurus and search for a car that has been sitting on their lot the longest. And start negotiating the sales price. And go from there…
