How Close Are Rodo Deals to Actual Dealership Prices?

This may be a major over-simplification of things, but is there a way by looking at Rodo deals to ballpark what could be obtained at a local dealer?

For example, say Rodo has a car deal I want, relatively close to me, and is priced at $350 per month. Now I assume there are certain factors going into the price that I may not be able to duplicate with a local dealer, but could I realistically figure that maybe I could get a local deal at say 10% premium ($385)?

And secondly, if you even mention a Rodo deal to a dealership in attempt to negotiate, how hard would they laugh back at me?
