I’m looking at the leasing terms and I’m wondering if this is a good deal. I see that they are charging sales tax but the Texas website says that the lessee isn’t responsible for paying sales tax on as lease. Is that sales tax charge legit? I’m looking to get $0 due at signing for 36 month 12k/year lease.
