Honda Pilot Elite or Infiniti QX60 AWD loaded?

I am in the market for a good size SUV in a few months. Looking for a 36 or 39 months lease.

I like both Pilot and QX60 stylings. I heard Honda doesn’t give much incentives on their cars and Infiniti always give good incentives on their cars.

Does anyone have a good lease numbers on both models? Will QX60 always comes cheaper in terms monthly lease? I am not looking to put anything down but the first month payment and that’s it. MSD is optional for me.

Have you looked at the Highlander XLE? They are leasing them for 300 and change.

MY HUMBLE OPINION, THE QX IS NOTHING SPECIAL.
PILOT IS BETTER, BUT FOR A LEASE I WOULD LOOK AT THE MDX OVER PILOT.
ALSO, HIGHLANDER IS A GREAT LEASE ON THE XLE BUT THE LIMITEDS ARE NOT AS AGGRESSIVE.

I think highlander is a bit smaller than I like especially the third row. MDX is good but it doesn’t have panoramic roof which is kinda disappointing. MDX is also smaller I think than the pilot but correct me if I am wrong.

QX60 is the better choice , here’s why:

  • drives/handles significantly better than pilot (but not better than MDX)
  • best interior between pilot , MDX , QX60
  • 295 HP , but still get almost 30 MPG highway
  • QX60 much more luxurious than other 2
  • greater # of features in QX60 vs competition
  • lower price

Overall, qx60 is the clear choice for the whole package of a family SUV

QX60 has way way more features than PILOT or MDX ( similarly priced )

I got a 17 QX60 with every single option from the factory , all packages , MSRP: 61,000. Leased for $545/mo.

May I know if you have put down any MSD or downpayment? Is this for 36 or 39 months? 12K a year?

I put all the details of my lease on a QX60 thread here on this forum - do a search.

39 mo / 12k mi / 9 MSD / $0 down payment

I added $1000 for tire/wheel warranty + infiniti elite protection (total 1k for both, this was paid upfront by me at signing)

One more important thing to consider: safety ratings

Safety ratings are the best (equal) for: MDX , QX60 , Hyundai Santa Fe, Lexus rx350

I did not check Pilot or Highlander – do a comparisons to see if they are equal in terms of safety

Other things to consider: Reliability and drive quality. QX60 and Pilot Touring/Elite models (9-speed) have both registered a lot of complaints, according to CR.
