Odysseys somewhat retain their value and Honda leases are written that you can often have equity in them. I traded mine at 2 years old and used a KBB instant cash offer of 3K equity to have dealer increase trade in allowance on it. At 26 months of ownership, vehicle was 8k miles under pro-rated quota - so similar to yours.
