Did you confirm the base MF, incentives/loyalty with edmunds?
Just took a quick look and saw there’s $750 incentive + $1000 loyalty…so dealer probably cooking your $750 in discount
If that’s the base rate, then I’d shoot for 10-12% + incentives

Customer was made aware of loyalty program does not qualify for loyalty. Reynolds Desking Tool does not show back-screen incentives on the pencil so while the $750 is in there I cannot formally advertise the lease cash the way I can mention the loyalty program.
Yes, I misunderstood that the buyer DIDN’T qualified for loyalty.
