I just tried your app, and its pathetic !! I live in NoCal, entered all my personal info, only for the screen to say No Cars Available in your area !!
Got in touch with customer service, only to find out that I’m outside their coverage area !! Really ?? I can count more than 20 odd dealerships in less than 15 miles from home, apparently their only coverage in CA is LA and south ( dont know what that means !! ).
So my question to you is, why do you advertise as all of U.S, when you actually do not serve of the hottest markets in CA ?
I feel its plain wrong that you want people to enter all their personal info ahead of knowing what’s in store for them ( in my case 0 cars ) !!
Hope you guys fix this before you start advertising in this forum !!
@HonckerLeasing So why don’t we know about your coverage area, before we enter all our personal info ? I highly recommend adding your coverage area in the sign up page, that way people are not mislead by you !!
