Honda Accord 2019 sport

Hi everyone,

I am new to this site and new to buying/leasing. Wanted to get insight on how to get the best deal on a 2019 honda accord sport 1.5L and I want to be able to pay nothing down. I am living in the DFW area, zip code 75044 so I wanted to get the residual and mf around the area, doing either 36/15k or thinking of doing 36/17k since I see some dealers offer that now.

Also, if anyone can give me tips if any, on if i should go to the dealership or handle everything beforehand via text or email? If I don’t go to the dealer, how do I find out the dealer fees, acquisition fees, and government fees?

I know this is a lot but again i am new to this so anything helps,
Thank y’all!!

Start with the leasing 101 section and do a bunch of reading.

MF and RV come from Edmunds. We don’t have it here.

Always do everything through email.

As far as the government fees and dealer fees go, do I ask them what they are? Or how do I obtain this info?

Yup, shoot them an email and ask for a fee breakdown.

So I figured out the MF is .00084 and RV is 53% for 36/15k

This is what I got, not sure if this is a decent deal or not

Did Edmunds confirm the incentives when you got the mf from them?

Yes I got everything from edmunds and got the fees from the dealer I’m working with

So here’s the breakdown the dealer gave me. They’re offering me 339 but I’m not understand where they got that number from. Here’s a picture if you are willing to take a look at it

What is the $700 in dealer add ons they’re including?

That’s what I just asked him. He brought the price down from $339 to $309. I’ll still be paying $1374 drive off though. I said I’ll pay the acquisition fee upfront that’s why I’m paying that much drive off. But even doing that this is what I’m getting monthly

Your calculator has you paying sales tax on the monthly payment. His has you paying sales tax on the whole value of the vehicle.

He just brought the price down to $300 a month, is that a reasonable price monthly?

Your inputed values were incorrect. You didn’t even enter the MSRP correctly. Below is a more accurate calculation to that lease worksheet.

It’s okay I’m about to go sign for $295, $1,374 drive off
