When lease, always look at effective monthly payment. BTW with all the brokers here you can structure the lease any way you like.
Also i wish you good luck to find similar deal at your local MB dealership.

Thanks for lesson. Leasing rule number 1 zero down.

It’s a good deal - just structure it the way you want

Cut out the msds - roll in acquisition n taxes - pay the first month, dealer and dmv upfront

$613 with $1,500 das

Given that there’s about 12% in the actual car and hiroiz is posting it at 13%, it is a fire sale price. This is a very strong deal for a pretty nice car. Complain all you want about the posted DAS. Reality is if you were shopping for this car and you approached a dealer asking for 13% off on it, they wouldn’t take you seriously.

We all post our deals with taxes fees and MSD out of pocket. We also spend hours putting together these calculators for “transparency”. Outside of the brokers who artificially show cheap clickbait 24 month terms with an $1800 cap cost reductions to get to $5k DAS, do you really have anything to complain about when everything is laid out in front of you? Do dealers show you the math they do in getting to an offer they give you?

Strong mansplaining vibes here.

The posted calc is actually zero down. The down payment is zero.

Oh wait you don’t understand the difference between zero down and zero DAS? Yet you wanna teach us the rules of leasing? Go on then, what’s rule number two?
