Depending on which model you want, click on the link and read the post, it clearly says how much the loyalty incentive needs to be reduced and what the MF will be without loyalty. Make those changes and you will have your numbers.

Finally we have enough BMW Loaners to maintain a sheet like it was done till March 2021. Took 3 full years for the market to Normalize for me.
