Help with understanding Dealer Offer vs LeaseHackr Calculator for Texas?

Hi all. Currently in the market for a 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 5 Limited lease in Texas. This is what the first dealer sent me. I know it’s a bad lease and wouldn’t take it, but I’m trying to make sure I’m using the leasehackr’s calculator correctly. I can’t seem to get the numbers to match.

Summary for 24/12
Dealer -
3000 down, not including TT&L
672/month

From leasehackr
0 down
578/month

LeaseHackr Calculator

Edmunds gave me 24/12 MF of 0.00299 and DV of 72.

Thanks in advance

Idk who red is, but I want some of what they’re smokin’.

We could get you into an i4 for less than that if you’d consider it.

Lol. Let me talk with my wife to see what she thinks. We haven’t test driven the I4 yet.

Tough to say for sure but I’m guessing that they may be marking up the MF if that’s the only sheet you’re got with numbers.

The dealer’s quote looks like it includes TTL and on those quote sheets the “cash down” should be interpreted at DAS unless specified otherwise.

So the dealer’s quote is basically $578 w/ $5k DAS and your calc is $578 w/ $4400 DAS, so about $600 apart, which could be a marked up MF.

Post a link to a calculator for your target deal.

That’s way more important than deciphering a quote.

That maybe it. If the DAS is including TTL then that makes more sense.

Is market selling price the same as MSRP? They can play games there too.
