Help with this: GV70 EV

Newbie here, so be nice please.

GV70 EV, Demo car with 2.5k miles on it.

$76.8k car. Discounted to $66.8k. $16k in rebates (somehow only the 24 month has 16,250) and incentives. So effectively 50.8
12k miles.

24 month has .00257 MF, and 56% residual
33 month has .00291 MF, and 53% residual

They are also being vague about taxes and fees etc which is not great. I’m not doing anything without that information, obviously.

24 month: $0 DAS, 821 /month
33 month: $0 DAS, 778 /month

I dont understand what they are doing with the MF and residual, or the payments really.

I guess im just getting a sanity check here?

Welcome to LH.
They know what they do. LOL
They are trying to maximize the profit as much as possible.

Stop asking for a quote.
Educate yourself and send them your offer or see the offers at the marketplace.
You should definitely reach out to the brokers and dealers from the link below.

Please read the post above me by @Zenek .
RV: set by the bank and can’t be touched
MF: set by the bank but dealers inflate–how do you know what its suppose to be? Be a supporter of the site and get access to rate findr or go to edmunds and request it.
-look at the Marketplace and see whats being offered by broker (s).
-take a moment to read the intro to leasing. it will save you a lot of money in the future

You don’t need the dealer to estimate those. You know your tax rate (or can easily look it up).

You can (and should) gather everything you need to construct an offer on your own.

there are better ev options out there, for far less of a price. i used to sell a ton of these gv70 evs. haven’t done one in months - the ps3, audi, etc, all offer better options.

:100:

It doesn’t really matter what Jedi hackr strategies you want to apply if you’re picking the wrong car.

Just my opinion obviously, but I think the EV GV70 is a much better looking car compared to the others. Not sure about performance

For what OP is being quoted he could probably swing a Cadillac Vistiq, which is a lot to go up against.
