Working with CDJR dealerships has been excruciating. I reached out to 23 dealerships, after 2 weeks of back and forth with a dozen dealerships (the others wouldn’t play ball) this is the best deal I have been offered:
MSRP: 50,xxx
Sale price: 45,xxx

Fees (acquisition and dealer) 1400

Drive off: first payment only
Monthly (including taxes) $539.

I am in the market as well for Limited X or Trailhawk. So far Rydell Jeep has offered the best pricing.
I’m on the east coast, this is a dealer in Virginia.
Based on my experience when shopping one a few months back in Northern VA, think long and hard whether you really want what is essentially an appearance package for $5k extra over a regular Limited model. The interior is the same, and the Limited’s lease pretty well. (See forum for examples)
I think $539/month is Overland/High Altitude pricing.
Go to NJ or PA? @Cars4Us had some good X deals last month, but think those is its are gone?

Thanks for the suggestion. The X offered everything I wanted in terms of performance and looks, so yeah, it was worth it to me.
I finalized my deal today with a dealer in Maryland. $53kMSRP and a $499/month payment.
It was a grueling process, but I’m happy with the end result.
