I got these numbers from the dealer. Is it as bad as I think it is? Seems to be above the “1% rule”.
When entering these numbers in the calculator I’m also getting diff numbers than the dealer provided.

Please advise. Thanks!

1% rule doesn’t exist. Forget you ever heard of it. On some cars and some terms, 1% is a great deal. On others it is a horrible deal. Need to evaluate each one separately.

Your copy and paste lease sheet here is really difficult to read and it’s hard to help with a calculator question if you don’t post the link.
