Help. Ram 1500 Laramie

2020 Ram 1500 Laramie MSRP $55,290
Monthly payment $532.29
Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is my second lease. From what I have researched it seems something close to 1% of the price of the vehicle would be a pretty good deal. Does this mostly hold true?

MSRP: $ 55,290
Monthly Payment: $ 532.29
Drive-Off Amount: $ 1113.44 ??
Months: 36 month
Annual Mileage: 12,000
MF: 6.1%
Residual: 63%
Incentives: $ 6,750
Region: Western Pa

Do you think it’s true?

What if the incentive were $0? What if it were $20,000?

You need to get the vehicle selling price.

AFAIK nobody besides Ford charges rent based on an APR. double check your MF and compare it to base.

The adjusted cap cost is $44,984.

3 years i wouldn’t jump on that

What are the 9% monthly tax rate and 9% cap reduction tax rate in the contract?

He didn’t offer me the Mf but he does have it as a percentage rate at 6.1% I’m trying to get Edmunds to give me the current rates but have not received them yet

If you were to go with FCA lease you might could get a lower payment and you would definitely be in a better equity position. The rates would probably be about a 55% and .00003-.00009 mf. It’s pretty much 0% which cancels out the $4000 IDL cash they have in. You should end up with $3250 in rebates cause you would get the $1750, $1000 and a $500 Chrysler capital.

So in 34 months with the Ally you would have a buyout of around $36,000. With the Fca lease it would be around $31,500 or so. So if it’s $15 more a month you would pay $540 over 36 months to have close to $5k less in buyout and potentially making some money off it
