MF 00034
Includes 10% Costco discount
You need to know what is included in the “discount”. Summer of Audi, loyalty, etc. Also, is it p+?
And how is the MF so low? Is that after MSD?
Majority is from Costco doing a 10% off q5 deal.
Yes and Costco 10%
Yes premium +
You can do much better contacting @AudiGuan or @DonnyAudi if you are in CA. That is base MF before MSD. RV went down a bunch this month but they supplemented with $1K summer of Audi that everyone qualifies for on the Q5.
If that discount is prior to incentives it’s pretty solid. There might be a little room for movement.
they are also paying off 2 remaining $611 payments on my current lease so that I can turn it in early
Is your current lease an Audi?
No it’s a ford
This is what I come up with. I don’t think it’s a very strong deal.
Q5 P+ Calculator
What monthly payment would you consider a good deal?
Don’t go by the monthly. First get discounts off of MSRP. Try for 13% to 15% before the summer of audi promo ($1k in CA). They dropped RV by 3 points this month which hurts any deal.
You can add Multiple Security Deposits (MSD) of $2,700 which are refundable at the end of the lease. This saves you $25 per month and $900 over the lease.
I wouldn’t do 39 months since you will have to pay the registration for only 3 months of use.
If you’re going to get 36/12k really consider adding AudiCare. Costs you about $13 a month and you don’t have to worry about the 20k or 30k service. The 20k service at the dealer is $400+.
Is $2700 the most you can go with security deposits? I thought Audi had a higher limit.
It’s not necessarily the amount of money, rather the amount of deposits you can use depending on what the buy rate is on the particular car.
On the Q5, even at buy rate - you can apply full MSD’s. This month.
That’s what I thought. 7 MSD on the deal I’m looking at ($588/month) brought the rate down to .01.
When I did the calc 6 MSDs brought it down to basically zero. I think max is 10
