Help on MINI Cooper S 2019 lease numbers

You should be able to get ~10% even on an order. ~10% puts you right about $500/mo incl. taxes.

Hmm ok - you’re right, even if I get to 10% off before incentives it comes close to the MINI deal. Well, at least I have time on my side - the MINI build I ordered doesn’t go into production until August. Let’s see what I can figure out through BMW in the meantime.

So it turns out the residual for both the 230i and xi is 53% in my area instead of the 59%. That adds about $50-60/mo to the cost. Reached out to a couple of dealers so far and the lowest discount I’ve been offered is 4% off MSRP. So the zero down drive-off for a 36/10k cross $700/mo after tax with those numbers as it stands. leasehackr.com/calculator?make=BMW&msrp=45875&sales_price=44000&months=36&mf=.00166&dp=0&doc_fee=80&acq_fee=925&taxed_inc=2500&untaxed_inc=0&rebate=0&resP=53&reg_fee=400&sales_tax=10.4&memo=&monthlyTax_radio=true&miles=10000&msd=0

Good luck. There are several BMW brokers here on the forums. Reach out to them and see if they can help.
