What should be the basic MF and residual? Is it common to have $4000 off MSRP?
Ask on Edmunds to get the residual and MF information. Google “Mini Cooper MF Edmunds” to find the appropriate forum. Check on a Mini Cooper specific forum to see if they have a prices paid topic. $4000 off on a base car could be completely impossible while $4000 on a loaded one could be. Generally, it is more common to look at percentage off

Nope not at all. Our 2018 Equinox lease is $250 a month for 36 months with first payment DAS. MSRP on that was about $30k.
