Help me understand quote on 2024 Wrangler 4xe Willy

Specify your location when asking for input on a deal! IL northwest chicago

trying to understand a quote that I received.
MSRP $61,915
Selling price $60,000
Rebates $12,133.58
Gov Fee $341
Doc Fee 383.03
Gross Cap Cost $61,319.03
Cash Cap Reduction $3000
Cap Cost Reduction $46,876.14
Looking at a 36/12 lease and they said my payment would be $560 credit score above 760

I do not understand this as I tried the lease calculator and came up with much smaller number. Can someone help me understand this quote. Thank you

Selling price is way too high. You can get 8-10% off from other dealers here but may need to ship. They’re also likely inflating the MF and padding their profit if the calculator is off.

What would the Cap Cost Reduction mean then? I thought that would be the final sale price then minus the rebates

What he said was you are getting $1915 off before rebates, brokers here are giving up to $6191 off before rebates.

Cap Cost Reduction here is 600000 - 12133 - 3000 (Your cash) + Taxes and fees

Getting more Price off MSRP means paying up to $150/m less (But this depends on the broker you use)

One does not lease if they live in Chicago

I am in the Northwest burbs. also why not lease

The city of Chicago double charges tax on leases, so you’re paying about 20% total tax.
