Did you go to edmunds to find the MF and RV for your zipcode? What state are you in? Not enough information to put into the calculator.
Also looks like lexus may have some lease cash incentives, you need to find out what they are and separate that from the discount.
What dealer? I am looking this weekend in Miami as well!

Nail down all your variables first. Know your base MF, RV, Incentives available (get that from the edmunds forum)
Then see how much of their discount includes lexus cash and go from there to further discount the sales price.
