Help! Good deal or No? Dodge Charger scatpack

Hello Hackers, wanted to know where the dealer ship was changing things because I am not getting these numbers at all. Please help

Not a good deal. Thats an insane payment for a 50K car. I am paying $327.00 month in Michigan for a 2017 Scatpack 53K car including tax with 800 DAS. Granted I did get the Chrysler Employee discount.

Your money factor of .00148 should be around 3.55% APR. Im not sure how they write 4.849 APR.

I don’t know how these lease, but with the new widebody coming out, I don’t think you should be paying anything more than low 400s for this car.

Your mileage works against you here. Your residual is poor on this vehicle since it does depreciate fast. You would probably be better contacting other dealers as a $600+ quote doesnt leave room for getting down into the 400s.

Just my opinion, that payment is sky high.

Yea I figured the same when he came to me with that I laughed. I could get a bmw with that price. What’s the dealership that you got your car I’m willing to take a drive for a good deal.

scat packs aren’t leasing well atm, wait until end of year or q1 2020.

Yea I figured cause every dealer that was quoting was pretty high I thought… which it’s crazy being that the wide body is coming out you would think they would try and get rid of the remaining 19s.

widebody is an option on the scat packs in 2020, nothing changes there. it will be the only way however to get a hellcat so big change there.

Yeaa I can’t wait! The Charger widebody looks so much better then the Challnger.

On another Note. Can any one here give me an idea of what I should be looking for as far as numbers and SP/MF/RV also best term and Mileage. Thank you all for the Advice and Info. :clap:t3::ok_hand:t2:

36/10 usually best term

you want 60%+ for residual
and mf should be circa 1% on scats and near 0 for hc.

selling price depends on options but 12-15% is available if a firesale occurs otherwise 10% is tops.

Cool thanks

np!

hey don’t steal my logo :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

I was paying 435 inc tax in AZ with a zero drive off for the identical car on a 12/24 month lease. For perspective.

Be careful as the Chrysler leases are non transferable under any circumstances.

FYI my BMW 540 (74k car) is listed on here for 639 per months. Just saying. In case you’re interested

on a well optioned scat thats a good deal. Do you still have it?

No I had to sell it because I got bored of it and couldn’t assign the lease to anyone.

wouldn’t have gotten bored of a hellcat :kissing_heart::kissing_heart::kissing_heart:

Honestly they are horrible cars. Handle poorly and use tons of gas. You will have to fill it up 3 time’s a a week if you drove it anything but like an old grandma. The thing spins out any time you touch the gas too hard. It has thin tires which doesn’t help. The noise and power is enjoyable for about a week until you get bored of the engine sound. A hellcat would be all the above but worse. Sorry to be so negative when I’m sure you’re excited. But there are better cars out there. I certainly wouldn’t pay 640 for one. Lease someone’s BMW on here. A million time’s better.

Hahahaha I just realized it it’s my wallpaper on my phone :joy:… just shows we have good taste

No I completely agree with you… but that sound you can’t get bored of man :heart_eyes: and the power. Still not worth 640 absolutely not! Most I would pay is probably 420. Bmw I was thinking of just buying a 550i like 2015 and call it a day.
Twin Turbo V8 common now that sound is ….

$650 is what I pay for a hellcat, have to disagree when properly equipped with tires you won’t find anything under $1200 that can compete with the cat. You have to literally spend 300k besides the zr1 to get a car with 700 hp. Gas is what it is these are big americaj v8s, get an m5 and hammer it and you will get the same result, roughly 12-14 mpg, our e55 gets the same mpg as the hc and is a 5.5 s/c as well. Fast cars typically = terrible on gas.

However as it stands anything over $400 on a scat pack is pushing it, right now they lease like sh*t though.

Hc handles a lot better than the scat pack also, it’s no track car but it’s honestly not very far off from the old amg’s.

$400 on a scat is tops, maybe $500 on a widebody cause you can pro charge it to 600hp and disconnect it and turn it back in as a lease.

Yea definitely agree on 400 that’s my goal… when I say that they are like yea get me one also when you find it lol … the usual dealership line. What’s the msrp I should look at to get 400 or 430 51k 52?

I really try not to put any money down just DMV, and first month.
Hey if anyone has hookups at any dealership I don’t mind the drive to get a good deal.
