Help evaluating Toyota Rav4 Hybrid lease offers

I’m a first-time leaser and would be grateful for your help evaluating these offers. I’m interested in a Rav4 Hybrid Limited or SE and am having a hard time finding a Toyota dealership in Northern CA that can get me down to under $300/month. (I’m seriously wondering if I should start looking at other cars.) Are either of these good deals? I have good credit. I know an XLE would be cheaper but we really want leather seats.

Year: 2017
Make, Model, and Trim: Toyota Rav4 Hybrid Limited
Months/Annual Mileage: 36/12K
MSRP: $37,862
Selling Price: $33,999
Rebates: $2,000 (Memorial Day special)
Residual: $22,966
Down Payment: $2,000
MF: .00086
Monthly Payment: $380.09

In addition, these don’t include gap insurance, which we’d want (another $895). The fees included in the $2,000 down are:
Acquisition fee: $650
Document Fee: $80
Electronic Filing: $29
California Tire fee $8.75

I know I could negotiate these.

None of the Northern CA dealerships want anything to do with MSD and the two that knew what is is, said they’d have to charge a higher MF if we went that route!

Thanks in advance.

I thought GAP was included in leases? Anyways find a dealer that will do MSD.

Toyota leases do not include gap insurance, but Lexus does. Check with your car insurance company if they offer it (it will be much cheaper). I also noticed if you decline the gap coverage the price will go down to $250 (this was a few years ago). So the price they are offering is very inflated for additional profit.

I’m also trying to get a RAV4 hybrid limited for $300/month as well and have no idea where to start. Any advice would be great. I’m located in Raleigh.
