First post and looking for my first lease, learned a ton in the last couple of days, thank you all.
I’ve read through the Leasing 101 and other threads on the LH calculator, but it looks like am off by about $500-$600 when I try to parse a quote that I got. Here is an example.

My expectation was that the one pay on the quote should match the total lease cost on the calculator. What am I missing here? Thanks!
