On the inventory page, some dealers allow you to “Start Buying Process” and go through credit check etc. It says you can complete the entire buying process online… does that mean you can lock in the deal? I’m about to submit app for credit and wanted to see if folks had any experience with the dealer trying to change the deal after? This is also an out of state lease. I’m in CA, dealer in TX.
You should 100% contact them to make sure they will even accept an out of state lease, the website means nothing. I’d be willing to bet a majority of the dealership staff has never seen the application/deal structure side of the website. I would not give a credit app until you have a confirmed offer including everything (shipping, reg, taxes etc)
