Has anyone in recent months had any luck with a Chevy or GMC truck dealers? I’m in Ohio looking for a Colorado or Canyon and I know the residuals/mf for April but I’m having zero luck finding a decent deal. The forum recommendation for an illinois dealer that was sent to me was an insane deal but they only lease in IL and Missouri.
So we know you are not in IL and MO … but you didn’t tell us where you are
Looking for the same in AZ
I have had luck with both GMC and Chevy.
I got a Canyon myself and a Colorado for a friend. Both Trucks have very high residuals. It’s cheaper and better to do 2 year leases with then because the residual is so high.
The canyon I got was discounted do to it being the last 2016 but the Colorado was a 2017 which we helped lease a week ago.
How’d you do on the Colorado/Canyon? Whenever I discuss midsize trucks with a dealer they say it’s cheaper to buy or lease the Silverado/sierra because the incentives are better.
I got a '17 Chevy Malibu quote for April. ~$31K MSRP, $0 down, 39mth/10K, all fees, etc rolled into monthly. $329 per month. Located in new jersey. I guess it’s a fair deal.

Ed Hocken: Oh, yeah. He fought under the name of Kid Minneapolis.
Nordberg: I saw Kid Minneapolis fight once. In Cincinnati.
Lt. Frank Drebin: No you’re thinking of Kid New York. He fought out of Philly.
Ed Hocken: He was killed in the ring in Houston. By Tex Colorado. You know, the Arizona Assassin.
Nordberg: Yeah, from Dakota. I don’t remember it was North or South.
Lt. Frank Drebin: North. South Dakota was his brother. From West Virginia.

The high residuals for 24 month leases on the Colorado were for a trim called “Work Truck” (not LT) … I don’t really know much about the trims but the RV were over 80%. If you can get a 10% discount (should be more with rebates, etc.), your entire lease is basically 10% (or less) MSRP + the fees
I know. Still reminded me that converstaion.
