Grand Highlander Limited or better vs Lexus RX — Financing vs Lease (SETF Region, Open to Out-of-State + Shipping)

I was set on a Grand Highlander Limited, but Lexus is advertising 2.9% APR for 48 months on the RX vs Toyota at about 4.99% APR for 48 months. Payments between the two look pretty close, even though the RX is smaller.

I’m in the Southeast (SETF region), but open to traveling or shipping a car if out-of-state dealers have better programs. Also willing to consider demos/loaners if it helps the numbers.

Questions for the group:
•Anyone recently finance or lease either model — what MF/RV or APR did you actually get?
•Has anyone had success avoiding SETF add-ons or financing restrictions by going out of state?
•Any tips on tracking demo/loaner units (worth asking every dealer, or just Lexus)?
•Shipping recommendations if buying out of region?

Thanks in advance — trying to figure out if RX financing is the smarter play vs Grand Highlander in SETF land.

Unless you absolutely need the size of the GH, it’s RX all the way. Finance all the way.

The only Lexus with a hackable lease is the RZ.

Yea I looked at rz but not a huge fan. Have any good Lexus dealerships? I would even get demo if I could get my hand on one.
