Have you all seen this? I don’t know much about it a friend in NY told me about it. Looks like they are trying to pass legislation to make it very difficult to be a broker in NY. Dealerships have spent a bunch of money lobbying for it.

They already pretty much do this. There are very few good, well priced, dealers in NY.

In my reading of the bill it will affect all brokers doing business “in” NY which would affect all of us getting good deals
Also title should be updated dealers trying to ban brokers
They just want to date us.
