Got a Lease Quote from Subaru but Numbers are not even close to the Calculator

I went to the dealer and negotiated the selling price on a WRT GT. I feel something odd when they showed me the final numbers. I put all the values on the Calculator and I’m not even close. What I’m doing worng?

Where did you get your RV/MF?

$45254 is your selling price, not MSRP. What is the car’s MSRP? $2650 should be your taxed incentive.

I saw the RV/MF from another person question on edmunds.com.
The $45254 is the same amount that it was on the Window Sticker, the $2650 was the negotiated discount off the MSRP.

That means nothing. The dealer could be quoting you inflated numbers.
RV/MF also changes from trim/zip code, etc. Start by asking Edmunds what your numbers would be, then negotiate with the dealer if they’ll give you non-inflated MF. Then figure out the car’s MSRP. Then negotiate the car’s selling price.

Also use Rate Findr to see if you qualify for any incentives (or if the $2650 “discount” are applied incentives). The way the dealer outlines the cost makes me wonder if the discounts are applied incentives…

damn nubers…
