Hi everyone,
First post here and I’d like to start by saying I’ve been learning a lot from the threads on this forum so a big thanks to all you helpful people out there.
I’m looking to get something with AWD and am looking at SUVs and sedans. Trying to get the lowest price while balancing features like premium audio, leather, and an overall good ride.
I’m open to suggestions but for now I negotiated a lease for a 2019 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring (w/ no added packages) that I need some advice on. Details are:
MSRP: $32,490
Residual: 56%
MF: 0.00001
Term: 36/15k
Monthly: $389 (Mazda incentive has dealer covering first month’s payment)
DAS: $0
I’ve asked the dealer to include everything into the monthly payment in order to maximize the dealer incentive. So the doc fee, acquisition, taxes, gap insurance, etc. are all rolled into that monthly. I literally just sign and drive away.
Please let me know if this is a good deal or if there are better ones to be found.
Thanks!
Pretty good. But there should be some brokers on here that can beat this. I got the same vehicle for $359 $0das 15k miles also

@Nexo917 Was your deal through a broker, if so what was the broker fee? Did you have loyalty? These are important details for a comparison with the OP.
@ankitr527 What’s your discount before incentives? Do you have loyalty?
@Nexo917 I too am interested in knowing if you used a broker and if so whom.
@douglashowitzer The dealer did not mention the final sale price. I can try to estimate it by back calculating. As for incentives, the only one he applied is one covering my first month payment. I unfortunately don’t qualify for loyalty.
It’s a pretty good deal without Loyalty. Definitely think that @AutoNinjas can get you a better deal though. I’d estimate he’ll have you roughly $15 less per month, even including the broker fee of $399.

Think I might have heard of that broker… haha!
@ankitr527 I also recommend getting the premium package as it usually only adds about $11/month. You’ll get everything that’s in the GT Reserve, except that awesome turbo
. If you can get to an effective $370/month for a GT premium AWD 36/15k ($380 sign and drive 0 DAS) then you’d have a great deal on your hands. As I mentioned and as you can see above, there are some great broker deals to be had.
