Leased 2019 Ford Expedition Limited with Stealth and 303a package.
3yrs/36k miles
$670.00 per month
2k ford private offer
3k out of pocket at signing for taxes title fees etc
MSRP OF $75270.00
The $2k private offer, assume you have loyalty?
Nice looking truck.
Came out of a Range Rover, so they sent this to me to get me to bite I think.
What was the sales price, RV, and MF?
Cap Cost/Sales Price was 65833.27 and RV is 42833.95… don’t have MF calculated, but with these numbers anyone can if they want…
ford pco, to my knowledge ford doesn’t have any loyalty, at least on trucks and SUVs.
How does one get it? I know nothing about Ford leasing, but the Expedition is not in my consideration set.
Feels like there is a ton of factory money all over on these things between pco, rebates, etc.
I haven’t seen meaningful pre incentive discounts, but if someone could pick up 10% and then the rebates, feels like this one could be hacked to death.
This is a fair deal though you should push a bit more if you can on bringing down the sale price since it’s past the mid-year point. I’m at $720 a month with an extra 5k wear and tear policy.
I got it at the beginning of the year. I love the car and the wheels - drives great and I use all the space for the kids stuff.
yeah, probably could have shaved another $10.00 per month at most, but the dealer went to get this car in from another dealer etc, as its pretty rare, this things sell fast, so they don’t care much to go to the bone on pricing… Another customer was ready to take the deal while I was there signing in case I didn’t want it…
The ride and handling is good, obviously my Range Rover ups it, but I would not call this beat shabby at all, I am satisfied with the power and functional space… Wish Range Rover would build a real 7 seater, not that excuse of a Discovery smh.
Yeah same here- I started my search with Discovery/ GLS but decided on first principles. I needed a car with enough cargo space for my family.
So I made this list below with some googling and measuring tape. I really did not want another stroller falling on my face.
Cargo Space behind the 2nd row by cubic feet (When folding the 3rd row)
- Highlander- 42.3 cubic feet (Behind 2nd row)
- Toyota Land Cruiser - 43 cubic feet (Behind 2nd row)
- Ford Explorer 44 cubic feet + New Lincoln Aviator
- Land Rover LR4 - 44.5 cubic feet
- Land Rover discovery 2017 - 45 cubic feet
- Lexus GX460 - 46 cubic feet + Hyundai Palisade
- Mercedes GLS - 49.4 cubic feet
- Lexus LX570 50.5 cubic feet
- Nissan Armada 50 cubic feet
- Infiniti QX80 - 50 cubic feet
- Yukon Denali 51.7 cubic feet
- Cheverlot Tahoe 51.7 cubic feet
- Cadillac Escalade - 52 (51.6) cubic feet
- Volkswagen Atlas - 55 cubic feet
- Lincoln Navigator 63.6cubic feet
- Expedition 63.6 cubic feet
- Toyota Sequoia - 66 cubic feet
- Lincoln Navigator L - 73.3 cubic feet
- Cadillac Escalade ESV - 76 cubic feet / Suburban is same
ford private credit offer, basically you sign up through ford marketing and eventually they send you a pco, the way you use the pco is negotiate everything down and add it at the end. There’s whole threads on the f150forum, I tried to get one on my 2 truck deal but couldn’t, it’s a shame cause the 3k pco would have saved me another $100 per month per truck and made my unicorn deal something of a pegasus deal.
So just enter my info on Fords site to locate a vehicle and hope I receive an offer?
ETA: does Ford do MSDs?
no msds, yeah there’s a number you call to get signed up, best way to do it is sign up for a test drive at your local dealer.
I’ll look the number up and send it to you when I get a chance.
Thanks, I’ve got until December, and an Expedition is the opposite of practical for a city driver, but I really do like it.
Trust me, navigator lease is ending soon, mom has already asked me to start shopping deals on x5, gle, aviator.
I drove the navigator and it’s a mammoth.
Assume you mean Expedition?
I really like it, prob just a PITA in NYC.
no navigator, it’s the same size vehicle and same platform just a bit less horsepower and the cosmetic differences are huge. The navigator has the raptor engine vs the expedition having a boosted version of the regular 3.5 ecoboost.
But either way it’s the same concept, massive sized vehicle that has trouble in parking lots and metro areas.
You will have more trouble in parking lots than anything else, driving should be fine minus tight one way streets you might have to avoid.
I live on a tight one way street lol. This thing prob isn’t practical for me. Gonna go test drive it and see how big it is, but looking at the dimensions, it’s huge. Might have to drop down to an X5, but even that, prob need the tire and wheel protection.
yeah it’s bigger than the x7, definitely the expedition/navigator have best in class 3rd row legroom, I can sit in the 3rd row for a long trip and I’m 6’2. Also these things have lots of cargo space and can tow like very few other suvs can. It’s almost like a pickup truck without a bed.
