At first glance, this looks horrendous. Would need to put together an appropriate target deal to see how bad it is.

I’ve put together deals on 2024 EQE 350’s for friends at $475/month with nothing done expect for 1st month DAS (on a car with a sticker of 90K and so when I see this deal on the Jeep, seems suspect. I’ll be back in touch.
Why? If you ask them how much they want you to pay, they’ll tell you.
It is up to you to put together a target deal before ever speaking to a dealer if you want to effectively negotiate. That never means looking at the monthly payment others are getting as it can vary wildly based on individual circumstances.
