Wanted to get a pulse check on my numbers before I sign. It’s a 2024 with almost all options outside of air suspension with 59k miles (a bit high but it’s CPO at least).
They’re offering to ground my current ioniq 5 lease ($1,700), $1.5k down, $699/mo for 72 months. I wanted to take advantage of the 1.99% apr while it’s still available, but am willing to walk if others have gotten much better deals.
You want to check the bmwix subreddit. Also search within that sub for previous posts on what others paid. Overall used EV prices have gone up quite a lot in last couple of months (oil prices?). It will come down in coming months I believe. And, 2024 lease returns will continue to keep the ix inventory (unless you want specific features. Forget about air suspension on 2024 as it was extremely rare in 2024. Or you want to grab M60). Anyways, an iX driven for 60k miles is a no go for me, unless you can get CPO wrap that can keep the warranty for at least another 4-5 years.
Got it. Thanks for the insight. The mileage was the main thing putting me off, but they’re only offering the 1 year/unlimited miles. I appreciate the quick responses. I’ll walk and wait for a better iX to show up.
$43K is spot-on retail. MMR is $37K but doesn’t include the CPO. This is pretty much what they cost used. A newer one with less miles will have more warranty but also be more expensive. I think it’s not really about “waiting for a better one” but rather at $700/mo there are better choices.
