Currently working with a broker in the DFW area for a 2021 540i msport demo w/ 1000 miles on. What do you think of the deal?
It should be very easy to find at least 10% pre-incentive at base MF on a new, non loaner 540i.
You’re getting 10% with a marked up MF on a loaner with 1k miles.

How do get tax credits when your calculator shows 6.25% on the selling price?
Sub 10% discount considering a .00020 MF markup on a demo and no MSD? Not a hackr worthy deal.

Yea, I’m trying to get more info on the neg equity. I’m turning in my lease early and only issue with the car are the tire and I planned on swapping them prior to my original lease end date. Something just feels off with this and I’m glad I can get everyone’s input.
