If you want that car everything looks good in terms of pricing. You’re getting base MF based on Edmunds. The only incentive I see is $500 lease cash which I see you included. I think just make sure the dealer isn’t rolling in any extra fees/destination charges.
A ~10% discount isn’t amazing, but in this market nothing really is. Maybe shop the deal around a few dealerships and see if you can capture a few extra % off.
$650/mo is a lot of money for a car designed when Bush was president.
