Hi all,
I’ve been working with a local BMW dealer on this lease special BMW corporate is offering, you can find the deal here. I’ve never leased a car before, so much of this is new to me and seems a little more complex to figure out if you’re getting a good deal. If anyone has a minute, let me know your thoughts on the “final” offer below which includes tax - is it a good deal? Anything you’d change to make it a great deal? Can’t tell you how much I appreciate the help, you’re all rockstars!

Going to need a little more info like the sales price, dealer fees and money factor. Many people go to So Cal because the deals on BMW’s tend to be better in a more competitive market.
Seems like an awful deal to me and I don’t even know the sales price. For starters, you have a down payment, which is a no-no. You’re also negotiating in a way that helps the salesman afford a trip to Tahiti by starting with the corporate “special”. You need to go back to square 1, read up on all the resources here, and then start again.
I tried this and all the dealers basically laughed at me. They were quoting me $499-599 for an X1 w/ $0 down. I decided to not even try BMW and moved on,
It’s not a horrible deal by any means, you’re at about 1%. $39k MSRP w selling of around $31k. Can you post the MF? BMW’s base is now .00151. Considering BMW not being aggressive w leasing now days, it’s not a bad deal.
The sales price isn’t 31k. That’s the cap cost after a $1k rebate and $1900 CCR. I think this is a terrible deal. Your high drive-off is masking the true monthly payment.
Honcker has BMW x1 xDrive28i for $423/mo 36months 10k a year 40.6k MSRP with cold weather pack and premium pack with $1811 due at signing for (first month, bank fee, DMV fee). Use this as your baseline, you should be well under $400 with little to no money out of pocket for your truck.
