Is there a reason why your most recent MB deals do not state a broker fee, but the ones in your OP do?

I’m not sure did i understand your question correctly, are you asking why i list out how much my broker fee is , but some other don’t?

If that’s your question, all brokers works different base on how they prefer their deal structure.

I prefer to give all the discount to client, and collect my fees from client for quicker turn around and easier book keeping for me, as i’m running a small 3 people team here.

I was asking why some of your deals have a fee stated while some of your other deals don’t. Do those deals without a broker free listed incur an additional fee?

I see what’s your question now, because at my very first post, i posted our standard fee is $599, and running a promotion for LH member until end of Sept ($499) , other units that i specially put fees, because it might be higher than my normal fees.
But i see why it might cause a confusion, i’ll adjust my posting structure on going forward.
