GMC Hummer EV Lease Deals - Any traction in SoCal?

Located in Los Angeles and was wondering if anyone has had luck with dealers willing to play ball and heavily discount Hummer EV stock. I am trying to be at around $500 /mo tax included with 0 drive offs. 24 or 36 mo lease 10K/year.

Has anyone beaten this or gotten close / willing to share a pencil? Thanks in advance!!
