I’ve got an offer for a 2016 GMC Acadia SLT1
MSRP $42,340
Negotiated sale price $38,250
39 Months 10k a year:
Total out of pocket $2,000.
MF .00065
Res. 57%
Monthly payment: $379+ 6% sales tax = $401.70
Using the calculator on the site, thank you very much, I get $354 tax inc. Am I doing something wrong? Or am I getting taken advantage of?
I would need a little more information. Does the selling price of $38,250 before incentives? I see there’s $900 Lease Cash and $750 Incremental Bonus Cash, as well as some targeted incentives: $1,500 competitive lessee, $750 credit union member, or $500 GM lease loyalty.
Also, what’s the breakdown on total out of pocket?
The difference between the quote and the calculator numbers may be from fees (in FL, dealers are known to impose crazy document fees).
Hmm, yea, I’m not getting $401.70 either. The dealer may be marking up the MF or charging a huge document fee. Hard to know without a breakdown of the numbers.
