GM Will Build a ‘Large’ Electric SUV for Acura in 2024

That’s pretty interesting, this is how you start to build scale, I’d expect to see more of this

nah, they need to make it cost effective to be competetive.

Here comes Acura SLX 2.0, that worked so well /s

B/c bringing back the ZDX name will show the world that Acura means business!

Irony in this is the Japanese brand badge engineering rather than the other way around.

Thought the exact same thing, especially when I read that Honda will be leveraging GM’s Ultium platform for EVs. 10 years ago I never would’ve believed it.

Wouldnt be the first time honda/acura has rebadged another brand’s suv and sold it as their own. At least this will have its own styling.

Real question is: rebates, RV, discount and If Acura will take GM Supplier lol

I loved my old Izuzu Rodeo (Honda Passport), great car and it needed nothing (but oil changes) for 3 years.

RIP January 31, 2009. They have had 5 good revenue years since they left the US auto market.

If Bradley Knowell hadn’t killed himself, it might have made another great Sublime song (though he’d likely have flubbed the date by a couple days when recording it, ala 4/29/92).

so thats why agents of shield in avengers use Acura, its EV

I have a Isuzu, fun car

cant wait for Ev version

What if its just a rebadged Blazer?

The concept (which I don’t imagine will look that much like the actual car, in typical Acura fashion) would indicate that it’s not just going to be a re-badge. Esp the interior.
